Role Description The ERP Practice Head at Vivid Pulse is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for leading the ERP practice, defining strategy, and overseeing end-to-end ERP implementation and support for client organizations. Day-to-day tasks include managing ERP project pipelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, guiding solution design and configuration, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ERP Practice Head will supervise and mentor ERP consultants, establish best practices, and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate ERP solutions. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, evaluating new ERP tools, and contributing to business development, proposals, and pre-sales activities.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building and guiding ERP delivery teams.
- Deep expertise in ERP platforms (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and experience across implementation, customization, and post-go-live support.
- Proficiency in project and program management, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Solid understanding of core business functions such as finance, supply chain, operations, and HR to align ERP solutions with organizational needs.
- Ability to develop practice-level strategies, set performance goals, and implement process improvements for ERP engagements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in client-facing roles, pre-sales, proposal development, and building long-term professional relationships.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a senior ERP role (such as Practice Head, Delivery Head, or equivalent) in a consulting or enterprise environment is highly desirable.
