Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Manager/Sr. Manager – Corporate Social Responsibility role based in Mumbai. The role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CSR strategies and programs that align with Equalifi’s mission in financial education and community development. Day-to-day tasks include identifying CSR priorities, developing annual CSR plans, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and overseeing project execution and impact measurement.
The position involves managing employee engagement initiatives, organizing volunteering activities, and ensuring effective communication about CSR projects across stakeholders. The Manager/Sr. Manager will monitor budgets, prepare reports, support compliance with relevant CSR guidelines, and continuously evaluate and improve CSR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Corporate Social Responsibility knowledge and experience, including designing and managing CSR initiatives and partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan, execute, monitor, and report on multiple CSR projects and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess community needs, measure program impact, manage data, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to engage stakeholders, prepare reports and presentations, and promote CSR initiatives internally and externally.
- Candidates should possess Employee Engagement skills to design and implement volunteering programs and motivate participation across teams.
- Relevant experience in the financial services or education sector is an advantage.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in social work, sustainability, management, public policy, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, strong ethical orientation, and familiarity with CSR regulations and best practices in India.
