Role Description
Launzr is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, aesthetically refined, and user-centric digital experiences for websites, web applications, and SaaS products.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and modern interface design. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into engaging and functional digital products.
This is a Full-Time, On-site role based in Patna, Bihar.
Key Responsibilities
- Design modern, clean, and user-friendly interfaces for websites and web applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Design responsive experiences for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and style guides.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and UX audits to improve usability.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Create high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for product features.
- Improve existing products through usability testing, feedback, and analytics.
- Ensure consistency in typography, spacing, color systems, accessibility, and visual hierarchy across all products.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design methodologies, and emerging technologies.

- Experience using AI-powered design tools such as ChatGPT, Figma AI, Relume, Lovable, or similar platforms to enhance design workflows.
