As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of custom software projects. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and outcomes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services to support enterprise integration.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
