Role Description The Lead Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications that power Vivid Pulse’s platforms. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves leading the technical architecture, writing clean and scalable code for both front-end and back-end systems, and ensuring seamless integration between services. The person in this role will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, while mentoring team members and promoting best engineering practices. Daily tasks include code reviews, performance optimization, troubleshooting issues, implementing new features, and maintaining high standards of security, reliability, and usability for internal and external users.
Qualifications
- Strong Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills for building scalable, maintainable applications.
- Expertise in Front-End Development, including proficiency with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Solid Back-End Web Development experience with APIs, databases, and server-side frameworks.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and setting technical standards.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, or similar).
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and performance optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site in Bengaluru.
