Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UX Designer with expertise in the Telecom OSS domain and hands-on experience designing user experiences for Network Inventory Management solutions such as Blue Planet Inventory or Cramer Inventory. The ideal candidate should possess strong UX research and interaction design skills and be proficient in Figma to create intuitive, scalable, and user-centric interfaces for telecom operations, network planning, provisioning, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Telecom OSS applications, focusing on Network Inventory, Service Inventory, and Resource Inventory.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, OSS Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into engaging user experiences.
- Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Improve workflows for network planning, provisioning, service fulfillment, inventory reconciliation, and topology visualization.
- Conduct UX research, usability testing, heuristic evaluations, and user interviews with telecom operations teams.
- Design reusable design systems and UI components aligned with enterprise UX standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Analyze user feedback and product analytics to continuously enhance usability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent design across web-based OSS applications.
- Participate in design reviews and maintain UX documentation, style guides, and interaction specifications.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Strong experience in Telecom OSS/BSS domain.
- Hands-on experience with Network Inventory platforms such as:
- Blue Planet Inventory
- Cramer Inventory
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of:
- User-Centered Design (UCD)
- Information Architecture
- Interaction Design
- Visual Design
- Accessibility (WCAG)
- Experience creating responsive enterprise web applications.
- Ability to convert complex telecom workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
