A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its India team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire an Executive Assistant for its CEO. You will work shoulder to shoulder with a founder building something fast, with the trust and access that comes with the seat. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the founder's force multiplier - guarding their time, running their calendar, and turning a busy schedule into a focused one as priorities shift by the hour.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Office
- Own the CEO calendar and ruthlessly protect time against the highest-value work
- Be the gatekeeper for meetings, requests, and inbound communication
- Coordinate travel, board prep, and investor scheduling end to end
Execution and Follow-through
- Track decisions, action items, and commitments to closure
- Draft notes, updates, and light chief-of-staff support across the business
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5 to 9 years supporting founders or C-level leaders as an executive assistant
- High ownership, speed, and comfort with ambiguity
- Polished written and spoken English and sharp judgement on priorities
- A reliable remote-work setup and a proactive, anticipate-the-need mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a startup, SaaS, or high-growth environment
- Exposure to investor, board, or fundraising coordination
- Comfort with modern productivity and scheduling tools
