We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer – Project Lead to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, Express.js, Microservices, and modern cloud technologies. You will be responsible for building high-performance applications, making technical decisions, improving system architecture, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and user-centric digital solutions.
This is a hands-on technical role requiring strong coding expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead projects from design through deployment while ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
- Develop secure and efficient backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and implement REST APIs and GraphQL services.
- Develop and maintain Microservices-based architecture.
- Work with MongoDB, MSSQL, and Firestore for efficient data management.
- Optimize application performance through caching, code optimization, and database tuning.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Business teams to deliver new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement scalable technical solutions.
- Lead technical discussions, architecture planning, and project execution.
- Mentor and guide developers while promoting engineering best practices.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and high availability.
- Work with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP), for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt modern technologies and development practices to enhance product quality and performance.
