About Elara
Elara is an AI personal stylist that helps you get more out of the wardrobe you already own. We digitize your closet, understand your taste, and generate personalized outfits for any occasion. Launched on iOS in June 2026, we crossed 500 users in week one with zero paid spend off a 5,000+ person waitlist. We're pre-seed, backed by conviction, and moving fast.
The Role
We're looking for a scrappy, culturally plugged-in Growth Marketing hire to own how the world discovers Elara. This is not a manager role yet. You will build and run campaigns yourself, work directly with the founder, and figure out what actually moves the needle for a consumer AI product in fashion.
What You'll Own
- Social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Threads
- Online campaigns from ideation to launch to reporting
- Offline activations: campus events, fashion community meetups, NYC popups
- Converting our 10,000+ waitlist into active, retained users
- Content ideation and creative direction alongside our marketing team
- Identifying and activating influencer and creator partnerships organically
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in growth marketing or content at a consumer startup, ideally in fashion, beauty, or lifestyle
- Has run campaigns end-to-end, not just managed briefs or agencies
- Strong instinct for what works on social right now and why
- Has organized or contributed to offline events or community activations
- Opinionated about content, taste-driven, and genuinely interested in fashion
Nice to Have
- Existing network in fashion, style, or creator communities
- Experience growing an early-stage consumer app from zero
- Familiarity with community-led or referral-driven growth
