Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer, based in Pune. The Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide technical solutions, identify customer needs, and present appropriate products or services. Responsibilities include: offering technical support to the sales process, assisting in client meetings, conducting product demonstrations, and troubleshooting client challenges. Supporting business development and providing pre-sales and post-sales assistance are also key aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Instrumentation / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and Sales roles to understand customer requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong Technical Support background with problem-solving expertise
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams
- Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and manage timelines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (Instrumentation preferred)
- Proven experience in a similar role in the technology or engineering field is an advantage
