Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Intern to help us grow our brand presence, generate customer leads and support our online and offline marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow our Instagram and other social media platforms.
* Create engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.
* Assist in developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
* Generate and follow up on potential customer leads.
* Conduct local market research and competitor analysis.
* Support WhatsApp marketing and customer communication.
* Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into customers.
* Visit local markets, builders, architects, interior designers and potential business clients when required.
* Help promote new products, offers and showroom activities.
* Track basic marketing performance and prepare reports.
* Maintain a database of leads and customer enquiries.
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp marketing.
* Creative mindset with an interest in content creation.
* Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.
* Comfortable communicating with customers and visiting the local market.
* Freshers and students/recent graduates are welcome to apply.
