THE ROLE
Based in Navi Mumbai, you will join our Digital (Studio)team and play a key part in building BIODERMA's digital presence through engaging, educational and high-performing content that strengthens brand awareness, drives community engagement and supports business objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Execute the monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Manage day-to-day community management and Online Reputation Management (ORM), including responding to comments, messages, customer queries and escalating sensitive concerns when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely delivery of creatives, copies and campaign assets.
- Publish, schedule and optimise content across social platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
- Plan and execute phone-shot content during product launches, events, dermatologist interactions, influencer visits and office moments to create authentic social-first assets.
- Support influencer and campaign execution by coordinating content approvals, timelines and deliverables.
