Role Description Senior Technology Lead
Location: Pune / Mumbai
Experience: 5–6 Years
CTC: ₹12–15 LPA

About the Role
Fun First Global Skillers Pvt. Ltd. (FGSPL) is seeking a hands-on Senior Technology Lead to drive technology, AI initiatives, and digital transformation across our TVET and skilling ecosystem. This role will act as the CTO's second-in-command, leading technology execution, system design, AI adoption, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
a) Lead AI-powered initiatives across learning, assessments, operations, and placements.
b) Gather business requirements and create BRDs and technical specifications.
c) Drive architecture and enhancements for LMS, Placement App, and internal platforms.
d) Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and technology vendors.
e) Create wireframes, user flows, and product specifications.
f) Establish technology governance, documentation, and compliance standards.
g) Lead and mentor IT and hardware support teams.
h) Stay updated on AI, Generative AI, automation, and EdTech innovations.
Required Skills
a) 5–6 years of technology experience with 2+ years in a leadership role.
b) Hands-on experience with AI tools (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
c) Strong BRD writing and stakeholder management skills.
d) Knowledge of UI/UX design and tools like Figma.
e) Experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Route 53) and cloud cost optimization.
f) Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred
g) Experience in EdTech, TVET, LMS, or skilling ecosystem.
h) Exposure to NCVET, NSQF, or MSDE frameworks.
i) Experience with placement/tracking systems.
