About the Role
MIRO Consultancy is looking for a proactive, people-centric, and strategic HR Consultant to establish and manage the Human Resources function for our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, HR operations, policy development, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational development.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building HR systems from the ground up while creating a positive and high-performance workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, and coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, onboarding, and induction.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, internship agreements, and other HR documents.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, probation, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance team.
HR Policy & Documentation
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Draft policies related to attendance, leave, code of conduct, disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, work-from-home, confidentiality, and performance management.
- Ensure HR documentation is structured, updated, and compliant with applicable labour laws.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Organize employee engagement activities, learning initiatives, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support employees and managers in resolving workplace concerns professionally.
Performance Management
- Assist in designing and implementing KPI frameworks and performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor employee performance during probation and regular review cycles.
- Support career development, promotions, and employee growth initiatives.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and HR best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate statutory HR documentation and internal compliance processes.
HR Strategy
- Support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Recommend improvements in recruitment, employee retention, and HR processes.
- Build scalable HR systems to support the company's long-term growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or HR Operations experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong HR internships, excellent communication skills, and a passion for Human Resources are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Experience with HRMS, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Policy drafting and documentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
