Job Description
Drive retail sales growth, passenger penetration, and revenue maximization.
Monitor retail performance through KPIs such as SPP, ATV, Penetration %, and CSAT.
Manage relationships with retail partners, brands, and concessionaires.
Analyze consumer insights and implement initiatives to improve customer experience.
Ensure operational excellence through regular audits, governance, and process improvements.
Support AOP planning, revenue forecasting, and profitability achievement.
Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Legal, IT, Security, and external stakeholders.
