Your impact
We are looking for a
Senior Process Engineer with experience in an Engineering Design Consulting environment to support industrial projects across Semiconductor, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Biochemicals, and Data Centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Senior process engineering activities from Basic Engineering, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases.
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, Heat & Material Balances, Equipment Sizing, and Process Control Narratives.
- Perform process simulations and safety studies (HAZOP, SIL, PHA).
- Design utility systems including Steam, DI Water, Chilled Water, HVAC, Instrument Air, Wastewater Treatment, and Chemical Delivery Systems.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, licensors, and vendors.
- Review vendor documents, support proposal preparation, and ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs.
- Support commissioning and startup activities.
Here's what you'll need
Skills And Competencies Required
- 10-12 years of experience in Industrial Projects within a Design Consulting organization.
- Experience in Semiconductor, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Biochemicals, Industrial Chemicals, or Data Centers.
- Proficiency in Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus, Aspen EDR, AFT Fathom, PipeFlo, HTRI, and Plant Design Software.
- Strong technical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
