Artist Management & Talent Development
Role Purpose
To discover, develop, represent, and manage actors and performers under House of Rey by creating structured career plans, securing professional opportunities, coordinating training, building industry relationships, and ensuring each artist reaches their highest creative and commercial potential.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development
* Manage the complete career journey of assigned artists.
* Create Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
* Coordinate acting, dance, singing, diction, fitness, and personality development.
* Track performance improvements and training milestones.
Artist Representation
* Represent artists professionally with production houses, casting directors, studios, OTT platforms, brands, and agencies.
* Negotiate meetings and opportunities.
* Maintain professional relationships with industry stakeholders.
Casting & Auditions
* Source audition opportunities.
* Coordinate self-tapes and submissions.
* Prepare artists for auditions.
* Track audition outcomes and feedback.
Career Planning
* Build annual and quarterly career strategies.
* Define brand positioning for each artist.
* Recommend projects aligned with long-term goals.
* Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities.
Brand Management
* Coordinate portfolios, showreels, and headshots.
* Manage social media direction with the marketing team.
* Ensure a consistent public image across platforms.
Business Development
* Secure films, web series, television, theatre, commercials, music videos, live performances, and brand endorsements.
* Build relationships with producers, directors, casting agencies, and brands.
* Expand opportunities internationally.
Client Relationship Management
* Maintain regular communication with artists.
* Conduct monthly career reviews.
* Resolve concerns professionally.
* Ensure artist satisfaction and retention.
Operations
* Schedule training and rehearsals.
* Coordinate travel and logistics.
* Manage contracts, invoices, and documentation.
* Maintain artist records and compliance.
Team Coordination
Work closely with:

* Stylists

Preferred Experience
* 3–7 years in talent management, artist management, casting, production, or entertainment.
* Existing network within the film, television, OTT, advertising, or live entertainment industries.
