Role Description
The Retail Store Manager at Coitonic Outfits will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, inventory management, and cash handling. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur is responsible for leading the store team, setting performance expectations, coaching employees, and scheduling staff to ensure consistent coverage. The manager will focus on delivering excellent customer service, managing customer concerns, and driving sales through product knowledge and personalized assistance. Additional responsibilities include monitoring retail loss prevention practices, tracking store performance metrics, and implementing promotional activities in alignment with brand standards. The role also involves collaborating with regional leadership to improve store processes, maintain compliance with company policies, and create a safe, inclusive store environment.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to create a positive in-store experience.
- Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to lead teams, interact with customers, and coordinate with management.
- Cash Handling
- Proficiency in Store Management, including daily operations, staff supervision, and sales performance tracking.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices, with the ability to enforce policies that minimize shrinkage and maintain store security.
- Prior experience in retail management or supervisory roles, ideally within apparel, sportswear, or related sectors.
- Ability to analyze sales reports, manage inventory levels, and use point-of-sale and retail management systems.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team motivation, conflict resolution, and performance coaching.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
- Relevant education such as a diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise the store team.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and stock accuracy.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain brand standards across the store.
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and head office for stock movement and operational requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and store performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and store hygiene standards.
- Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and overall team productivity.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer retention, and operational efficiency.
