Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for 10x Pentest. This position will manage day-to-day finance operations, including cash flow monitoring, variance analysis, and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with leadership to develop and track key financial metrics, support strategic decision-making, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. The role includes optimizing processes for invoicing, collections, cost control, and financial systems, as well as supporting pricing strategies and scenario modeling for new services or markets. This individual will also contribute to risk management, support audits, and provide clear financial insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with financial reporting, management accounts, and interpreting key performance indicators.
- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial controls, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Comfort with financial modeling tools, spreadsheets, and cloud-based finance or ERP systems.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate complex financial information clearly, and support leadership decisions.
- Experience improving finance processes, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices in a growing organization.
- Background in technology, SaaS, or cybersecurity companies is beneficial, along with familiarity with subscription or project-based revenue models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CPA, CMA, or CFA) are an advantage.
- Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a remote environment, manage priorities independently, and maintain high standards of accuracy and integrity.
