Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with over 8 years of expertise in software development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of architectural and design concepts, particularly in Microservices architecture. This role requires hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and GraphQL, along with a solid understanding of NoSQL databases , Angular , Node and AWS environments. The Tech Lead will be responsible for guiding a scrum team, making architectural decisions, and ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and security practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of software solutions using Microservices architecture.
- Collaborate with the client architect team to make informed architectural and design decisions.
- Oversee the scrum team, ensuring effective Agile practices and adherence to coding standards.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployments in AWS environments.
- Conduct regular code reviews and ensure team members follow coding guidelines.
- Facilitate debugging and troubleshooting of complex issues within the application.
- Update management on project status, risks, and challenges regularly.
- Promote the active adaptation of AI technologies within the team.
- Ensure security best practices are integrated into the development process.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience in Microservices architecture and design principles.
- Hands-on experience with GraphQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in configuring CI/CD pipelines and deployments in AWS.
- Strong debugging capabilities.
- Proficient in using GitHub for code commits and deployments.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Angular and Node.js.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and Jira.
- Experience in leading scrum teams and managing project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
