HireZ is a trust-first rental marketplace launching in Bengaluru on July 20. We connect verified hosts with renters across residential properties, PGs, commercial spaces, event venues, and creator equipment.
We're a small, fast-moving team. No corporate layers. No hand-holding. Just real work with real impact from day one.
The role
You'll be on the ground across Koramangala, HSR Layout, and BTM Layout — meeting property owners, getting listings live, coordinating photography, and making sure our host onboarding runs without gaps. This is a field-first role. If you prefer a desk, this isn't for you.
What you'll actually do
— Visit property owners and convince them to list on HireZ
— Onboard new hosts onto the platform end to end
— Coordinate photography shoots for listings
— Track all host interactions in a live tracker daily
— Be the boots on the ground before our Ops Lead joins
Who we're looking for
— Based in Bengaluru right now — no exceptions
— Can start this week — we mean it
— Comfortable with daily field work across South Bengaluru
— Hungry, self-driven, and doesn't wait to be told what to do
— Telugu speaking is a strong advantage — our primary host acquisition cluster is Telugu-speaking property owners in Koramangala and HSR Layout
— Prior experience in field sales, rental ops, hyperlocal startups, or host/partner onboarding is a plus — not a must
