- Strong experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), including Case Management, Customer Portal, Knowledge Management, and Workspace configurations
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, integrations (REST/API), Flow Designer, business rules, and workflow customization
- Experience working in end-to-end implementations, enhancements, support engagements, stakeholder interactions, testing, and deployment activities
Experience in end-to-end implementation, troubleshooting, performance optimization, stakeholder management, and production support of Event Management solutions
