Hi, I'm Aniket Pandya.
I'm an engineer by education, an artist by passion, and an entrepreneur by profession. Over the last several years, I've been building ventures at the intersection of entrepreneurship, creativity, education, culture, marketing and technology. My work spans performing arts, startup ecosystems, business strategy, experiential learning, AI, branding, venture building and social impact. My journey includes leading India's first Performing Arts as a Service (PAaaS) startup, working with corporates, government bodies, educational institutions and startups while continuously building new ventures around ideas I deeply believe in.
Today I'm looking for someone who wants to work beside me, not under me.
This isn't a traditional assistant role.
This is a Founder's Office Leadership Track designed for someone who wants to learn how companies are actually built.
You'll get exposed to strategy, execution, operations, business development, partnerships, AI implementation, marketing, research, systems thinking and venture creation—all while working directly with me.

Depending on business priorities, you'll contribute across multiple ventures and initiatives including:

Rather than joining a single company, you'll become part of a founder's ecosystem where every week looks different.
Your responsibilities
You'll help transform ideas into execution.
Some examples include:
• Strategic planning and execution
• Managing high-impact projects
• Research and market intelligence
• Business development
• Partnership building
• Investor and stakeholder communication
• Process design and SOP creation
• AI implementation and workflow automation
• Performance tracking and reporting
• Meeting preparation and documentation
• Cross-functional coordination
• Special projects directly assigned by the Founder
