We're hiring: Executive Assistant to the MD's office — Madhus Garage Equipment
This isn't a support role. It's the closest seat to the Managing Director of the company, and it's built for someone who wants to grow into it, not just fill it.
You'll be the connective tissue between the MD's vision and the teams executing it. Tracking every commitment made across departments. Turning updates into sharp, high-level summaries. Keeping the MD's own schedule as disciplined as everyone else's.
Some days you're working with five different people for five different deadlines. Other days you're sitting in on strategy conversations that shape where the company goes next. That range is the job.
Who we're looking for:
Versatile — equally comfortable with a spreadsheet, a sharp email, and a hard conversation
Dynamic and fluidic — someone who moves with the pace of the business, not against it
High endurance — this is a real, full throttle role
Discreet — you'll be trusted with things that don't leave the room
Someone playing the long game — we want a person who sees this as a career-defining seat, not a stepping stone
This is a full-time, in-office role — 9 AM to 6 PM, six days a week. If you need flexibility or remote work, this isn't the right fit. If you want to be at the center of how a company actually runs, it might be exactly what you're looking for.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director. Based in Bengaluru.
