Job Summary
We are hiring a Backend Software Engineer (SDE‑2) to work on high‑scale AdTech systems supporting real‑time advertising workflows. The role focuses on building and enhancing backend services across the RTB ecosystem (SSP / DSP / Ad Exchanges), with exposure to auctions, pacing, and budgeting systems.
The ideal candidate has strong algorithmic and problem‑solving skills, is comfortable working with Node.js, Go, or Java, and brings a tech‑agnostic mindset to solving real‑world scaling and latency challenges.
Must‑Have Skills
- 4–12 years of backend software engineering experience
- Hands‑on experience with AdTech systems, including:
- RTB fundamentals
- SSP / DSP / Ad Exchange concepts
- Auctions, pacing, budgeting, and spend control
- Proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js, Go, or Java
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem‑solving
- Experience building or maintaining distributed backend systems
