We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and experienced Business Development Manager for Access Control and Locker locking solutions. The candidate should know the market well, should be able to build up a partner channel network, and establish long lasting business relations with all involved stakeholder/shareholer.
Responsibilities
- Overlooking the market pan India.
- Establishing a partner network (Channel partner) pan India.
- Meeting stakeholder/shareholders for product specifications.
- Increase brand awareness through multiple marketing activities (exhibitions, conferences, social media campaigns…).
- Actively support partners.
- Customer acquisition and the observation and analysis of the market.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in the market
- Experience in the access control market
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
