Role Description The Product Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Guwahati. The Product Executive will manage healthcare product portfolios, including monitoring performance, gathering market feedback, and coordinating with sales and marketing teams. Daily activities include conducting market and competitor analysis, supporting product launches, and preparing product presentations and training materials for internal teams and clients. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional departments to ensure product positioning, pricing, and promotion align with business objectives. The Product Executive will also assist in identifying new product opportunities and improvements based on data and customer insights.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for product performance tracking, data interpretation, and decision-making.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, presenting product information, and engaging with clients.
- Experience in market research and market analysis to assess trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Sales-related skills to support product promotion, demonstrate value propositions, and assist in achieving revenue targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, pharmacy, healthcare management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the healthcare industry and product lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to prepare reports and presentations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
