We are looking for a GenAI Lead to drive our Generative and Agentic AI initiatives. In this leadership role, you will architect cutting-edge LLM and RAG solutions, lead a high-performing engineering team, and partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise AI products on AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture: Design and deploy enterprise-grade LLM applications, advanced RAG pipelines, and autonomous Agentic AI systems.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML engineers, setting technical standards and aligning delivery with business goals.
- Hands-on Engineering: Build robust backend components and orchestration layers primarily in Python.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Architect secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI workloads utilizing AWS cloud services (e.g., Bedrock, SageMaker).
Key Requirements
- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years focused specifically on Generative AI, LLMs, and ML architectures.
- Technical Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of LLMs, fine-tuning, and prompt optimization.
- Proven experience with advanced RAG systems and vector databases.
- Hands-on experience with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen).
- Tech Stack: Advanced Python proficiency and hands-on AWS deployment experience.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading technical teams and driving cross-functional projects.
