MCA or B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology with a minimum CGPA of 6.5 on a scale of 10.Essential Skillset
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and related frontend technologies, including JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience in designing and leading frontend architecture, state management, reusable component development, and REST API integration.
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
Desirable Skillset
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with frontend performance optimization, code review practices, and modern development tools.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in frontend development, including experience in leading or mentoring a frontend development team.Eligibility Criteria
