Role Description The Business Development – Redevelopment PMC role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing redevelopment opportunities, generating leads through networking, market intelligence, and strategic outreach, and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, housing societies, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include conducting detailed market research, analyzing potential projects for feasibility, preparing presentations and proposals, and coordinating with internal technical and legal teams to support project pitches. The role also includes managing client queries, providing timely information and support, and contributing to business development strategies that expand the company’s redevelopment portfolio in Mumbai and surrounding areas.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for project feasibility assessment, financial understanding, and data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions, stakeholder meetings, and ongoing relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify redevelopment opportunities, track market trends, and build a qualified business pipeline.
- Relevant experience in real estate, redevelopment, or project management consulting in Mumbai or similar markets is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, visit properties and society meetings, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
- Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to business development activities.
