Job Summary
This role will be responsible for leading the private label team, managing the category's Profit & Loss (P&L), building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving the presence and performance of our products across leading e-commerce and quick commerce marketplaces.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an E-commerce Lead, Category Manager, Marketplace Manager, or E-commerce Manager, with a strong understanding of marketplace operations, commercial planning, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall Private Label business and own the category strategy and execution.
- Manage the P&L for the Private Label category, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute marketplace strategies to expand product visibility, sales, and market share across leading e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Drive product onboarding, catalogue management, pricing, promotions, and assortment planning across marketplace channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplace account managers, internal cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and product availability.
- Monitor category performance, sales trends, inventory health, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Analyze business metrics and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Private Label team to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
