Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Goregaon. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design documentation for residential, commercial, and luxury projects. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients and stakeholders, conducting site visits and feasibility studies, and ensuring designs meet regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards. The role involves close collaboration with interior designers, engineers, and contractors to manage design changes and maintain project timelines and budgets. The Architect will also support project reviews, quality checks, and contribute to design presentations and proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to create functional, aesthetic, and market-ready spaces.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration in the context of architectural tools, BIM platforms, or design workflows.
- Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiarity with 3D visualization tools.
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, construction methods, and sustainable design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a closely related field; professional licensure or registration is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Goregaon, collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
