We’re not looking for an employee—we’re looking for a Founding Marketing Partner who wants to build a company from the ground up.
You’ll work directly with the founder to shape Decoraa’s marketing strategy, build brand awareness, grow our community, and help scale the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, and building something meaningful from day one.

* Develop and execute marketing strategies.
* Manage and grow Decoraa’s social media presence.
* Plan and create engaging content and campaigns.
* Build brand awareness and customer engagement.
* Research market trends and competitor activities.
* Generate creative ideas for marketing and business growth.
* Analyze campaign performance and improve results.
* Build partnerships, collaborations, and marketing opportunities.
* Work closely with the founder on business and brand decisions.

Compensation
This is an early-stage founding opportunity, so there is no fixed salary initially.
As Decoraa grows and begins generating consistent revenue, the goal is to offer a monthly salary within the next 1–2 months, depending on the company’s financial growth and performance.
Outstanding long-term contributors may also have the opportunity to receive future equity (ownership) in Decoraa. Equity will be based on commitment, impact, and long-term contribution to building the company.
