Role Description The 3D Designer will work full time on-site in Hyderabad, collaborating with project leads and other creatives to develop high-quality 3D visuals. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining 3D models, designing scenes, applying textures, and optimizing assets for animation or static renders. The role involves setting up and adjusting lighting to achieve realistic or stylized results, working closely with the team to ensure visual consistency and adherence to project requirements. The 3D Designer will also support graphic design and animation tasks as needed, participate in reviews, and incorporate feedback to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling, including scene layout, asset creation, and optimization.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting, with the ability to set up, tweak, and balance light for realistic or stylized renders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Animation, with experience in keyframe animation, camera movement, and basic motion workflows.
- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design, including composition, color theory, and creating visual assets for digital and print use.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite) is highly beneficial.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating 3D work, lighting setups, and design projects is required.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines in a collaborative environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
