The Clean Sheet is being built as an evidence first verification and certification platform for beauty, personal care, baby care, skincare, sunscreen, and wellness adjacent products.
The goal is simple: help consumers understand what is actually inside the products they use, and help serious brands prove their safety, claims, formulation quality, and transparency.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in beauty, pharma, toxicology, cosmetic science, dermatology, regulatory affairs, formulation, or product testing.
This role is ideal for someone who understands ingredients, safety, claims, lab testing, compliance, and the gap between marketing promises and actual evidence.
You should be excited by the idea of building something from the ground up. This is not just an advisory role. We are looking for someone who wants to take ownership, grow the business, build credibility, work with brands, shape standards, and help create a trusted voice in India’s beauty and personal care industry.
Relevant experience could include:
- Cosmetic science
- Pharma or toxicology
- Beauty or personal care formulation
- Regulatory or claims substantiation
- Product testing or lab partnerships
- Dermatology or clinical research
- Quality, safety, or compliance
Most importantly, you should care deeply about consumer trust, ingredient transparency, and building something meaningful in a category that badly needs more clarity.
