🚀 We're Hiring | Associate Growth Manager
At Haus Of Brands, we don't just manage brands—we help them grow.
We're looking for an Associate Growth Manager to work alongside our Growth Managers in driving growth for some of the country's leading F&B brands across online platforms.
- Attend client meetings and support the Growth Manager in driving brand execution
- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Manage dashboards, reports, backend operations, and data accuracy
- Support menu engineering, menu updates, and marketplace hygiene
- Coordinate with Swiggy, Zomato, and other online platforms for menu updates and issue resolution
- Manage POS operations and resolve related issues
- Monitor ratings, reviews, complaints, SLA, and overall marketplace performance
- Coordinate with outlet operations and internal teams for seamless execution
- Prepare performance reports, maintain action trackers, and follow up on key deliverables
- Ensure smooth operations and consistent performance across assigned brands
Who we're looking for:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 6 months of internship experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and build a career in the F&B growth space
Please note: This role is for fresh graduates who are ready to learn, hustle, and grow with us. If you already have significant full time industry experience, this role may not be the right fit.
