About the role:
We are looking for a Product & UX Testing Intern to help us test and improve our live digital products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test live products across different user journeys and workflows.
- Identify bugs, broken flows, usability issues, and inconsistencies.
- Test websites and product features from a real user’s perspective.
- Document issues clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs. actual behaviour.
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing.
- Test products across different browsers and devices.
- Work closely with product, design, and development teams to track and resolve issues.
- Suggest improvements that can make the product simpler, clearer, and easier to use.
- Retest fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity about how products work.
- Good understanding of websites, apps, and basic digital user flows.
- Ability to think from a user’s perspective, not just identify technical errors.
