Role Description The Executive Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, providing high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports. The role involves organizing and prioritizing incoming communications, drafting correspondence, and creating presentations, reports, and meeting materials. The Executive Assistant will maintain records and files, support internal and external stakeholder coordination, and assist with follow-up on key initiatives and projects. This position requires discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information while ensuring smooth office operations and executive productivity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
- Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance capabilities, such as document handling, record management, and office coordination.
- Candidates should possess experience managing Expense Reports and basic financial or budget tracking for executives.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or a related field, proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email and calendar applications), and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience supporting senior leaders, ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities, high attention to detail, and a professional, service-oriented approach.
