🚀 Hiring: AI Product Manager | Ahmedabad (Onsite)
📍 Location: Ahmedabad

💼 Experience: 4–8 Years
We are looking for an AI Product Manager to lead the development of GenAI-powered products, AI automation platforms, internal AI tools, and client-facing AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, automation workflows, APIs, RAG systems, and product management. This role will act as a bridge between business requirements, clients, and engineering teams to build scalable, secure, and impactful AI products.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Define AI product vision, roadmap, and strategy
• Convert business challenges into AI-driven product solutions
• Work closely with AI Engineers, Automation Engineers, Designers, and stakeholders
• Create PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation
• Manage Agile delivery, sprint planning, and product lifecycle
• Define AI quality metrics, performance goals, and user adoption strategies
• Ensure responsible AI practices, security, privacy, and data governance
• Collaborate on LLMs, prompt workflows, RAG systems, APIs, integrations, and automation solutions
🔹 Required Skills:
✅ 4–8 years of overall experience
✅ 2+ years of AI/ML Engineering or AI Software Development experience
✅ 2+ years of Product Management experience
✅ Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering & RAG
✅ Experience with Agile/Scrum, PRDs, Roadmaps & Product Lifecycle
✅ Understanding of APIs, embeddings, vector databases, automation workflows & cloud concepts
✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
🛠️ Tools Exposure:
Jira | Confluence | Figma | Notion | Postman | SQL | ChatGPT / Claude / Gemini
(Experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools is a plus)
🎓 Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, AI, or related fields.
MBA / Product Management certification will be an added advantage.
✨ Preferred Experience:
• Building or managing GenAI products in production
• AI assistants, automation tools, SaaS platforms, or AI-first environments
• Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Claude, OpenRouter, AWS/Azure/GCP
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
