Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting
Job details:
12 of the top 15 generic pharma companies in the world trust Leucine to manufacture the drugs that reach millions of patients every day.
We are hiring the founding Enterprise Sales Specialist to reach from
trusted by industry leaders to
category-defining.
Why this role exists
Pharma manufacturing is one of the last large industries still running on paper, Excel, and tribal knowledge. A single missed step in a batch record can mean a recall, a regulatory warning, or a drug that should never have left the plant.
Leucine is the AI platform replacing all of it. Series A, backed by top-tier global investors, 60+ pharma enterprises in production, and the team that's going to define this category. We're hiring the AEs who go and win the rest of the global market.
What You'll Do
- Run the full cycle, from first call to signed contract, on 6- and 7-figure ACV deals
- Build outbound pipeline into Quality, Manufacturing, and IT leaders at the world's largest pharma companies
- Work closely with the founders and product team. What you hear in the field becomes what we build
- Help us hire, ramp, and shape the AE team that comes after you
Requirements
- Sellers who like complex, technical products and aren't intimidated by long cycles or 8-person buying committees
- Hunters by instinct, consultants by posture. People who'd rather earn a champion's trust than win on volume
- AEs who want the upside of a founding seat and the credibility of selling to global pharma from day one
- Most of our team has closed six-figure-plus enterprise deals before, though we care more about the story behind your numbers than the numbers themselves
We're not rigid about years. If you've closed enterprise SaaS deals and can tell us a clear story about how you did it, we want to talk.
Benefits
- Market leading compensation + uncapped variable
- Opportunity for fast-track growth & leadership
- Work with a purpose-driven, global team transforming an essential industry
- Comprehensive Health Insurance with industry-leading coverage for your peace of mind
- Complimentary Meals & Refreshments: Stay energized with unlimited breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner provided at the office
- Family-Friendly Leave Policies, including Paternity Leave and Compassionate Leave, to support you through life's important moments
