About the Role
This is a 100% field-based sales role involving regular customer visits. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and connecting with potential customers to meet their insurance needs.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits and connect with potential customers.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their insurance requirements.
- Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular communication with customers and provide appropriate assistance.
- Develop business through referrals and new customer acquisition.
Qualifications: 12th pass or Graduate
