DIGITAL PRODUCT & GROWTH 120+ Years of Heritage | Mines to Market | Global B2B Diamond Leader
Job Description: Product Manager
Location Mumbai
Experience 5+ Years
Employment Type Full-time
Work Mode Onsite
Role Overview
KGKDiamonds.com is already profitable. Your job is to take it much further. This isn't a maintain-the-roadmap role. KGKDiamonds.com is a live, profitable B2B platform already trusted by Cartier, Rolex, Titan, Bulgari, Van Cleef & Arpels and many more. Serving clients across India, Dubai, Hong Kong, Antwerp, and NYC. We're handing the next chapter of it to one person. You'll rebuild how it grows with AI at the center of every decision, not bolted on at the end. You'll report directly to the leadership team: no committee, no six layers of sign-off between your call and its shipping. You'll be judged on one thing: the growth you drive. 120 years of trust behind you. Startup speed in front of you. If you want a role where the big calls are already made for you, stop reading. If you want to make them yourself, and own what happens next, keep going!
The Mandate
● Take a working product and find the next stage of growth.
You're not inheriting a blank slate or a broken product. You're inheriting a working one with real room to run. Your job is to find where the growth is, build the roadmap that gets there, and make the trade-off calls yourself: what ships, what waits, what gets killed.
● AI isn't a checkbox here. It's the default.
Every feature decision runs through one question: could AI make this faster, smarter, or unnecessary? You'll evaluate and ship real AI use cases across the platform, and use AI-native tools (Claude Code, Cursor, and whatever comes next) as part of how you build, not as a slide in a strategy deck.
● Direct access. Real ownership. No layers.
You report directly to the leadership team. Your product decisions get reviewed at the executive level, not queued behind someone else's. You own the roadmap, the trade-offs, and the outcome, end to end.
What You'll Actually Do
● Own the product roadmap and OKRs against one goal: growth.
● Run point on sprint planning, delivery, and release quality with the Tech Lead: you're accountable for what ships and when.
● Turn business goals into BRDs and technical specs engineering can build from immediately.
● Build and own the analytics that show where growth is leaking (PostHog, GA, Tableau, Zoho Analytics), and act on what you find, not just report it.
● Own event tracking and tagging (GTM, Firebase) so every growth decision is backed by real data, not guesses.
● Identify and ship AI use cases, from concept to production, with real budget and real appetite behind them.
● Sit across the table from sales, engineering, and marketing, and make the call when they disagree.
What Makes You Right for This. You need to already have:
● 5+ years in product, with minimum 3 years running point as a Product Manager
● Real techno-functional range: you can sit in an architecture or integration conversation and hold your own
● Hands-on comfort with deployments, CI/CD, and databases (PostgreSQL/SQL)
● Experience with ClickUp, Jira, or Asana: you know how to actually run a sprint, not just attend one
● A track record of owning a roadmap end-to-end and shipping what you said you would
● The instinct to make a call from data, not vibes: you can define KPIs, read a dashboard, and act
● Experience on a B2B platform or enterprise product: you understand buyers who aren't the end user
● Communication sharp enough to hold a room of stakeholders, and the guts to lead a team
Bonus points if you've got:
● Shipped an AI use case, not just talked about one
● Touched an ERP or CRM (Zoho especially)
● Background in B2B e-commerce, SaaS, or marketplaces
● Comfort moving across product, data, growth, and ops without waiting for a lane
● Used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to actually build
● A PM certification: nice, not necessary
● Run UAT and gotten business sign-off yourself
Why This One's Different
● Your product calls get reviewed by leadership, not filed.
● The platform is greenfield enough to rebuild, proven enough that it won't die on you.
● Strategy, delivery, analytics, and stakeholder management: one seat, not four handoffs.
● Real budget and real appetite for AI, not an innovation-theater slide.
● 120 years of legacy behind you. Full ownership in front of you.
