Responsibilities
- The candidate should have very good understanding of Mechanical Designs, Template based design approaches, Mechanical Design Standards.
- Candidate should be able to understand the design processes of Design Guide Files and Product level Automations.
- Candidate should have hands-on experience in the CAD customization using NXOpen / C#, UFUNC, C, C++, Python, Knowledge Fusion,
- Checkmate, Ansys Work Bench, Ansys Customization, SQL/Oracle Database handling, Parametrization Modeling, Master Modeling, Drafting.
- CAD and Analysis Tools: Experience with analysis tools such as ANSYS and Creo mechanisms is advantageous. Create solid, surface and sheet metal cad files in SolidWorks and Creo while producing detailed drawings.
- Manufacturing Processes: Understand different manufacturing processes, including plastic injection molding, metal parts machining, casting, sheet metal processes, and joining methods (welding/riveting). Basic tool design exposure is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in mechanical engineering with 2-4 years of experience.
- Good product development knowledge using NX & CREO software's.
- Strong in CAD customization by using NXOpen, UFUNC and knowledge fusion technologies.
- Experience on Python and good understanding on the AI ML is an added advantage.
- Experience in Analysis and simulation are added values.
- Proficiency in linear & non-linear stress analysis using ANSYS, ANSYS WB & NASTRAN.
- Should be able to work independently, ensure flawless execution and drive design improvements.
- Should be good at multi-tasking.
- Should be a team player with good interpersonal & networking skills.
- Strong communication & presentation skills.
- Good customer focus and contribute to growth, IP & design solutions.
- Agile mindset with focus on speed and cycle time improvement initiatives.
Desirable
- Application knowledge of Teamcenter and its Integration knowledge with Siemens NX.
- Should have experience in developing Teamcenter customization using SOA calls.
- Should have experience in the Integration of third-party applications
