Analyst / Relationship Developer - Student Onboarding
- Be the first point of contact for clients (inbound or outbound) leveraging different platforms
- Understand the goals & objectives of the student(s); identify customer needs, clarify information, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Provide guidance to the student over phone/email about navigating the industry leading The Chopras student portal
- Support students on administrative requirements concerning higher education admissions, application and visa management
- Assisting teams in the value chain and across business functions in managing and executing relationships over the phone and online
- Develop insight and exposure into countries, areas of study and businesses
- Study and manage the inflow of data for identification of opportunity and influencing decisions
- Regularly attend in-house Learning & Development sessions and external seminars to improve knowledge/performance level and facilitate career growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, education, hospitality, BPO, or relationship management are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in international education or study abroad services will be an added advantage.
