What you’ll do
- Create high-quality motion graphics for short-form & long-form content
- Turn scripts into engaging, retention-first videos
- Design clean, modern, high-impact visual systems
- Work closely with editors & writers to bring ideas to life
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of professional experience in event editing, aftermovies, montages, or recap videos.
- Strong storytelling ability with an excellent sense of rhythm, pacing, and music.
- Ability to create cinematic, energetic, and emotionally engaging edits.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Experience working with fast-paced, real-world footage captured in live environments.
- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines without compromising quality.
- A portfolio showcasing event films, aftermovies, highlight edits, or social-first video content.
Bonus Points
- Experience creating content for brands or digital-first campaigns.
- Understanding of motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and workflows.
- Knowledge of color grading and sound mixing.
