About the Role
We are representing a high-growth global consumer internet marketplace, with their regional HQ based in Delhi. This is a company that recognizes that the person who leads the people function isn't overhead to be managed. They're the reason the business holds together.
We're recruiting an HR Manager/Senior HRBP: not a policy administrator, but a genuine business partner who can sit at the table, read what's happening between the lines, and shape decisions before they're made.
What You'll Own
- Partner senior leaders on org design, performance, talent and culture
- Build people systems a scaling business actually needs (not template-driven ones)
- Serve as the trusted voice in critical business conversations
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years in generalist HR/HRBP roles with full employee lifecycle ownership
- Strong capability in employee relations, performance management and difficult conversations
- Confidence with org design, workforce planning and restructuring
- Ability to translate engagement and culture data into decisions leaders act on
- Fluency in HK employment law and regulations, with China Regional understanding
- Coaching versatility: steady first-time managers and challenge senior leaders equally
- Commercial literacy: tie people decisions to business outcomes, not policy compliance
