We are looking for an experienced Director SAP to lead enterprise-wide SAP strategy, transformation, and platform governance for a global organization.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the SAP roadmap, leading large-scale ERP transformation initiatives, aligning technology with business objectives, and managing a high-performing SAP organization.
Key Responsibilities:
The Director – SAP will be responsible for defining and executing the enterprise SAP/ERP strategy while shaping the long-term S/4HANA roadmap in alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture. The role will lead large-scale SAP transformation and modernization initiatives, establish robust governance frameworks, and ensure effective risk management, compliance, and operational excellence across the SAP landscape. Additionally, the incumbent will drive change management, demand management, and portfolio planning, monitor platform performance through KPIs, SLAs, and delivery metrics, and collaborate closely with senior business and IT stakeholders to accelerate digital transformation. The role also involves building, mentoring, and leading high-performing SAP teams, fostering a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement to support long-term organizational success.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading enterprise SAP/ERP platforms within large, complex organizations, with a strong foundation in SAP strategy, enterprise architecture, governance, and IT operations. They should have a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale SAP transformation initiatives, including S/4HANA programs, while effectively aligning technology with business objectives. The role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills, complemented by a strategic mindset, strong execution capabilities, and a proactive approach to risk management. Fluency in English and the ability to engage confidently with global business and technology stakeholders are essential
