Job Title: Lead Software Engineer
Location: Onsite – Chennai (Nanmangalam 600 117)
Job Summary:
We are developing an ERP platform for the Small and Medium Enterprises for the European market. We’re seeking a hands-on architect who is ready to work with new technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking organization that’s always pushing boundaries. This person will have end-to-end ownership of product. The ideal candidate has experience building products across the stack and a firm understanding of web frameworks, APIs, databases, and multiple back-end languages. You will join a small team that uses new technology to solve challenges for both the front-end and back-end architecture, ultimately delivering amazing experiences for global users.
- Technical Leadership: 30%
- Review and finalize architectural design patterns and set standards
- Selection of open-source tools/technologies
- Product development: 20%
- Be a thought leader in building the Product roadmap
- Participate in customer demos and requirements-gathering sessions
- Hands-on Development: 30%
- Design, Develop, unit test code
- Coordinate with DevOps team for Environment setup & management in AWS
- Mentor Technical team: 20%
- Get the best out of the developers, including enforcing coding standards
- Hire and help retain top talent
Current Tech stack: Angular, Node JS, Java, MongoDB in AWS, dynamic UIs, dynamic APIs, and a few opensource libraries. Azure APIs for NLP. More opportunities to introduce AI.
