Native, the hardware division of Urban Company, is looking for a Product Development Manager to work on next-generation consumer hardware across water purifiers, smart home devices, and more.
What you'll do:
- Drive end-to-end new product development—from concept, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing to launch.
- Improve existing products through design enhancements, quality improvements, and cost optimization (COGS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners to build world-class hardware.
We're looking for:
- B.Tech from IIT, BITS, or other top engineering institutes
- 1–3 years of experience in hardware product development (EV, consumer appliances, wearables, energy, etc.)
- Strong understanding of mechanical & electronic components, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management.
- Curious problem-solvers who love building exceptional products.
