We’re looking for an R&D/Product Development professional who loves building products from scratch.
At Neulife, you’ll work on the next generation of performance nutrition and nutraceutical products, taking ideas from concept → formulation → prototype → sensory optimisation → scale-up → commercial launch.
Innovertus is looking for an experienced **R&D Manager** to lead product innovation across our nutrition supplements and nutraceuticals portfolio. If you've spent your career formulating, flavoring, and launching products in the core functional foods and nutraceutical space — and love pushing into new formats — we want to talk to you.
What You'll Own
- End-to-end R&D for nutraceuticals and nutrition supplements, from concept to commercial launch
- Product development across **Powders, RTDs, Bars and other novel formats**
- Flavor development and sensory optimization to ensure taste, texture, and stability meet market standards
- Collaboration with sourcing, QA, and manufacturing teams to scale formulations without compromising quality
- Staying ahead of ingredient trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive innovation in the sports nutrition/nutraceutical space
What You Bring
- Proven experience in the **core nutraceutical/ functional foods/ snacks industry**
- Hands-on background in **product development and flavoring systems**
- Demonstrated expertise in developing **bars or other unique delivery formats**
- Strong grasp of formulation science, stability testing, and scale-up from lab to production
- A builder's mindset — comfortable in a fast-moving, hands-on R&D environment
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/master's degree in food technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Nutraceuticals, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- 4-8 years of hands-on R&D/product development experience in nutraceuticals, sports nutrition, functional foods, dietary supplements or functional beverages.
- Strong experience in formulation, flavour development, sensory optimisation, stability and scale-up.
- Proven experience taking products from laboratory formulation to commercial production.
- Exposure to multiple formats such as powders, bars, RTDs or other innovative nutrition formats.
Full Time in Office Mode.
